Analysis
A water treatment plant analysis means a close examination to find and identify one or more problems.
The analysis will indicate whether there is a need for preventive maintenance or improvements. In most cases this lead on actions that very fast result in significant cost savings.

Examination
Examination regarding function, quality or design.
Function examination to ensure that the equipment and all parts of the process operates in good order.
Quality examination to ensure that the equipment, and all parts of it, fulfil the clients quality specification.
Design examination to ensure that equipment and components are designed according to actual laws and regulations.
Sometimes there is a third-party examination demand of pressure vessels (PED) and tanks.
We then consult a Notified Body like Inspecta or Dekra for drawings examination and approval (DEC) and for work-shop examination and test during/after manufacturing.

Consultation
We support our clients with recommendations regarding actions to take regarding maintenance, process improvement and selection of equipment at purchasing and installation of new machinery.

Process Optimizing
The purpose of process optimization can be to minimize chemical consumption, reduce energy consumption, improve water quality or to simplify operation and maintenance.
Based on analysis and function examination, we can recommend appropriate actions to take. The client can then take measures with his own staff, or apply to an extern entrepreneur.
The reason for a process optimizing is to reduce power consumption, improve water quality or to simplify the plant operation and maintenance.

Project Management
Any new installation or reconstruction takes an organisation for project management. Many clients do not have that organisation, and they need a temporary increase of their staff.
The scope of our engagement depends on type of project and the clients own capacity and demands.

Design
We make manufacturing drawings for project- and customer designed components and equipment for water treatment.
Sometimes there is a third-party examination demand of pressure vessels (PED) and tanks. We then consult a Notified Body like Kiwa or Dekra for design drawings examination and approval (DEC).
Examples of our designs
Gravity Filters och Tanks
Storage Tanks for water and chemicals
Pressurized Filters
Resin Traps (Strainers)
Strainer Systems for filters etc
We use AutoCad, and drawings are delivered in digital form as dwg or pdf files or in paper format.
